As a small club, we are not a charity and we do respect our members and your rights.

Anything you state in an email to myself or the Secretary will be handled professionally and will NOT be given to anyone unauthorised. Required data will be stored in a safe folder on file for use when in need of contacting yourself.

Data Protection is important to us and will not be shared with any organisation whatsoever.

Purpose of collecting data

The data we collect is for membership purpose only. Any correspondence we may need to share with you, will be sent either by email, phone, letter, in person or on our members only Facebook page.
